More About JavaScript

This site uses a menu-generation tool called AllWebMenus Pro by Likno Software  (http://www.likno.com).  Most pages on maxvalue.com (but not this one) include a small JavaScript program that generates hierarchical menus on the left.  This provides the visitor with a means to navigate directly to a page of interest.  Another "applet" program from Microsoft FrontPage rotates a sequence of three images.

For added security, newer browsers can block images, JavaScript and various executable programs that might harm your computer or data.  Usually, the JavaScript security model is implemented that isolates the Java routine safely.

If the menus and images are not appearing on the pages that you visit, there are three options:

• You can elect to view these one-time-only when your browser indicates.  (Internet Explorer has a bar pop up at the page top).
• You may identify www.maxvalue.com as a trusted site (Internet Explorer: Tools, Internet Options, Security tab).
• You may navigate the site by using the Site Map page.  A link to this is placed on most pages.
