- Purchases are to be prepaid (including Visa and MasterCard).
- Purchaser pays actual or best-estimate for shipping (usually shipped via U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS).
We will send by USPS "Media Mail" (book rate) to U.S. destinations at no charge for shipping.
Shipments outside the U.S.: We ship lowest-cost-available airmail unless instructed otherwise.
- Purchaser pays all applicable tariffs, sales or value-added taxes, and duties.
- Special-handling requests must be received in writing with the order.

Return Policy
- All books purchased from Planning Press may be returned for credit or refund if
received in unblemished condition within one year of the original invoice date.
Shipments must be returned prepaid to Planning Press. Contact Planning Press for
return authorization and instructions. A refund will be adjusted to whatever
quantity discount applied at the original purchase.
- New Editions of DAPE2: Planning Press will exchange unblemished books obtained
from us with a successor version within six months of the new edition publishing
date. Reseller pays transportation, handling and any other non-book costs both ways.

Unblemished books are in new condition, not torn, mutilated, scuffed or defaced in any way.
